cPanel & WHM 11.32
DKIM support. Localized login screens. Fine-grained control of email limits.
Mail Queue Manager
An enhancement to the Mail Queue Manager in the 11.32 release allows it to force delivery of email.
Additionally, it provides:
- The ability to take action on multiple messages of the user's choice
- The ability to search the mail queue and take action on the results
Mail Delivery Reports
cPanel, WHM, and webmail users can now easily search and troubleshoot through their mail tracking data and metrics with this enhanced message tracking feature. Users can search, sort, and filter all mail reports on email accounts they own with just a few clicks.
This feature boasts numerous benefits including:
- Users can conduct basic troubleshooting from cPanel, WHM, and/or Webmail interfaces
- Multiple message filtering options available
- WHM-specific benefits:
- This is a huge time saver. WHM users will especially love not having to access the terminal to troubleshoot mail messages via scouring logs
- Reports that include information such as message delivery date, time, and status
Improved Email Rate Limiting
We have added a "soft" limit to the maximum number of emails that can be delivered hourly. Once this limit is reached, no messages will be accepted for the account. cPanel & WHM will allow messages to be queued (up to the limit) and then delivered when the user’s limit resets. The soft limit can be disabled through Tweak Settings.
In addition to limiting the maximum numbers of emails an user can send per hour, you can now restrict outbound sending when your users have reached a specified percentage of failures and deferrals (per hour). Spammers usually generate a higher percentage of failures, which makes them easier to locate.
Email sent from local users by connecting to the SMTP server is now also tracked.
The SMTP Tweak has been updated to redirect remote mail server connection attempts to the local mail server. This means you don’t have to worry about sacrificing compatibility with applications that send messages by directly connecting to remote SMTP servers in order to gain over outbound emailing.
You now have the option of counting mailman mailing list deliveries against the max emails per hour when enabled in Tweak Settings.
You can now view a summary of all messages being sent from the server, and see which users are exceeding their sending limits, and posess a high failure rate (this generally indicates spammers or misconfigured accounts).
New Exim Configuration Editor
The updated Exim configuration editor in WHM makes merging your custom configuration easy. We now provide the option to easily backup, download, restore, and reset your Exim configuration. You may transfer it to another server making it easier to replicate the same mail configuration across all your cPanel machines.
There have been significant updates to the advanced section of the configuration editor which allows you to edit (with validation) almost every aspect of your server’s Exim configuration.
DKIM
DKIM allows you to associate a domain with an email message, verifying that the email comes from the domain that signs the message. cPanel & WHM has long provided DKIM validation for incoming mail. With the 11.32 release, cPanel & WHM can sign outgoing messages.
DKIM is supported and can be managed by cPanel accounts via the Email Authentication feature in cPanel. Resellers can apply DKIM records to new accounts during account creation. New accounts can receive DKIM records by default by setting the appropriate option in Tweak Settings. For existing accounts, resellers can grant DKIM records using the Modify Account interface.
Additionally, DKIM replaces DomainKeys in cPanel & WHM. cPanel will no longer provide support for DomainKeys.

Statistics
Logaholic
The Logaholic web analytics bundle is now officially available to cPanel users with the release of 11.32. Logaholic is a powerful web analytics (log file processor) solution delivering reliable and objective visibility reports to help you accurately gauge the performance of your website traffic, content, keywords, and marketing efforts.
cPanel users can access Logaholic from within cPanel. However, their administrator will first need to activate it in the Statistic Software Configuration interface.
In terms of user interface and functionality, Logaholic gives users an extremely robust analytics tool that has a clean, user friendly interface. The dashboard gives users an at-a-glance view of the most important, and timely, tools needed to determine their website’s activity in real-time.
Customization and Reporting
Additionally, users can create fully customizable reports to providing data such as:
- Visitors - Per hour, day, week, month
- Click trails - Shows click paths of any user
- Top Pages - Overview of all pages as well as parameters within each page
- Incoming Traffic- Provides data indicating where website traffic originated.
- Ranking - Indicates what page your website appears on Google.
- Errors - Displays all found error codes, which allows website owners to easily view error pages and make necessary adjustments.
*Logaholic reports are limited to real users. It filters out statistics from crawlers and bots to give a more realistic view of human traffic.
Integration (API)
cPanel::Hooks
An improved hooks system is available with 11.32. The new features will make using and integrating with hooks easier than ever before. The new hooks system allows multiple hooks per event, more hook insertion points, and a better interface for managing hooks.
The improved cPanel hooks system is very robust and allows for privilege escalation, transactional rollbacks, and the ability to prevent an event from occurring when appropriate.
Hooks are a great way to add your own custom code to your cPanel system. For instance, if you want to provide anti-spam when a new email account is created, hooks will run your code for you.
Databases
MySQL 5.5 Now Supported
MySQL 5.5 is now supported, and we have a migration utility ready to assist you with moving from MySQL 5.1 to 5.5. By adding support for MySQL 5.5, system administrators will have access to better performance, faster service, and a larger feature set. DNS
MyDNS-NG Support
cPanel & WHM 11.32 supports the database-backed nameserver MyDNS-NG. Learn more about installing and using cPanel & WHM's implementation of MyDNS-NG:
Using MyDNS-NG with cPanel & WHM
This feature is great for those of you who want to host a lot of zones.
You can select this option on the WHM Nameserver Selection screen or during the Getting Started Wizard. When you make the selection, WHM installs MyDNS-NG version 1.2.8.31.
Important: Changing your nameserver to MyDNS-NG will disqualify your cPanel & WHM installation from downgrading to version 11.30. To effect a downgrade, change the nameserver to BIND or NSD, or disable the service.
dnsadmin as a Service
dnsadmin, the system that cPanel & WHM uses to perform DNS updates can now be run as a service (daemon). This eliminates the need for it to startup and shutdown each time a DNS change is made. During testing, it was able to process 22x as many DNS update requests in the same time. This should increase performance for users running DNSONLY.
User Interface
Localized Login Page
The cPanel & WHM login screens feature an updated design and localization options. The login page will default to the language used by your browser when loaded. cPanel & WHM supports 14 languages for the login interface. Users may choose which locale (language) of cPanel and/or WHM should use.
Additionally, the password-reset email template is in the localized language.
The UI for this localization carries the same look and feel for the login page, security token challenge page, IP source check page, security policy page, and the 404-error page.
Branding is available for the localized pages.
*Note: Only a few WHM interfaces support localization at this time.

- Create new files
- Create new folders
- Copy files and folders
- Move files and folders
- Upload files from a local machine

- Rename files and folders
- Edit files through:
- A simple text editor
- A graphical color coded code editor

IPv6 Support in Apache Distiller
If you've added IPv6 addresses to VirtualHost blocks manually, they will now be preserved in the Apache userdata.
Note: cPanel is continuing to work on providing full IPv6 support. More details will be provided in the near future with upcoming releases.
Reduced Memory Overhead for cphulk, cpsrvd, and cpdavd When Idle
To reduce memory use when idle, you can choose to enable dormant mode. In dormant mode, the service will consume considerably less memory at the cost of a slight delay upon the first connection. This feature is available for each of the services in tweak settings.
