While this case has gotten more attention than most, the privacy and security of data is certainly not a new issue.<\/p>\n<p>On Monday, April 11, David Snead, General Counsel at cPanel, will be participating in a Congressional summit on \u201cEncryption: Balancing the Needs of Law Enforcement and the Fourth Amendment\u201d.
