From the desk of cPanel Account Manager, Sean Celestine<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n There are many benefits to becoming a cPanel Partner; one of them being access to your very own cPanel account manager. \u00a0Account managers are like a personal hosting concierge. We help our partners grow their business, offer them exclusive promotions, and occasionally fly out to meet them one on one. The Account Management team is a gumbo pot of charisma and ambitious flare. Comprised of four absolutely unique team members, Mario Rodriguez, Brenda Gehringer, Rene Pena and myself, we pride ourselves on providing the utmost in customer care and are all dedicated to maintaining the rapport that exists between cPanel and our most dedicated customers.<\/span><\/p>\n Our workload per week varies with an array of duties. Outside of our SCRUM organized project tasks, we also spend a lot of time with Partner calls and emails. Also, we monitor license growth and shrink, we travel to attend trade shows and conferences around the world \u00a0and make many trips to visit with Partners right at the steps of their own offices. \u00a0We want to keep Partners informed on cPanel happenings, updates, events, and all the many Partner specific opportunities that can improve their cPanel experience. Along with Customer Service, the Accounts Team is also responsible for much of the orientation and initial setup that transitions an interested company to becoming a cPanel Partner.<\/span><\/p>\n The goal is to continue to build better relationships with the amazing people behind the hosting companies and server administrator companies that use cPanel to create websites that service our global economy each day.<\/span><\/p>\n Account Management on any given day works hand in hand with Customer Service, Marketing, Internal Development and sometimes even our Executive team to provide the best service possible. \u00a0We want to leave no stone unturned. If there is a question we cannot answer, we hope to be able to delegate it to someone who can. If there is no immediate solution, we intend to gather the intel to plan for a more suitable future.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The trust that results from relationship building with each business partnership is vital to the success cPanel and our Partners alike, and it really feels good to be that point of contact blessed with the opportunity to manifest a greater tomorrow.<\/span><\/p>\n Want to become a Partner?
