The primary purpose of this update is to include the European Union\u2019s \u201cStandard Commercial Clauses\u201d (SCC) in our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).&nbsp; cPanel is providing the SCCs to help our customers who are in the European Economic Area comply with their regulatory obligations in light of the \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/iapp.org\/news\/a\/the-schrems-ii-decision-eu-us-data-transfers-in-question\/\">Schrems II<\/a>\u201d <a href=\"http:\/\/curia.europa.eu\/juris\/documents.jsf?num=C-311\/18\">decision<\/a>.&nbsp; These SCCs will automatically apply to cPanel, and our customers, without further action on the customer\u2019s part.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition some non-material typographical corrections were made.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We\u2019ve recently updated our End User License Agreement.&nbsp;
