The primary purpose is to update the European Union\u2019s \u201cStandard Commercial Clauses\u201d (SCC) in our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).&nbsp; cPanel is providing the SCCs to help our customers who are in the European Economic Area comply with their regulatory obligations in light of the \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/iapp.org\/news\/a\/the-schrems-ii-decision-eu-us-data-transfers-in-question\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Schrems II<\/a>\u201d <a href=\"http:\/\/curia.europa.eu\/juris\/documents.jsf?num=C-311\/18\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">decision<\/a>.&nbsp; These SCCs will automatically apply to cPanel, and our customers, without further action on the customer\u2019s part.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, updates were made to the cPanel\/WHM Pricing and Term Agreement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EULA: <a href=\"https:\/\/cpanel.net\/noc-agreements\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/cpanel.net\/noc-agreements\/<\/a>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We\u2019ve recently updated our End User License Agreement.
