To qualify and remain eligible as a Partner NOC, the following conditions must be met:

    • Own their IP address space.
    • Provide confirmation from the current IP address owners that the IP addresses have been allocated to the Partner NOC’s organization.

IP address validation occurs through lookups on ARIN, RIPE, or official internet address organizations. Communication and validation must occur with named organizations.

    Developing market requirement

If, as of July 2, 2019, the Partner NOC’s billing address is located in a country that is designated as a “Developing Economy” by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development on the list below, then the Partner NOC qualifies for “Emerging Market” status and is required to purchase and maintain enough licenses to bring their monthly invoices to a minimum of $200.00 (or to a total of $2,400.00 per year). This may be done by utilizing any combination of cPanel licenses. cPanel reserves the right to verify a Partner NOC’s assertion of Emerging Market status, and revoke such status at its sole and exclusive discretion. Any such revocation shall take place immediately. Partner NOCs who have entered into Partner NOC Agreements prior to July 2, 2019, may apply for Emerging Market status by contacting customer service. Upon approval, Emerging Market status shall apply on the Partner NOC’s next billing cycle.
